How the free trial works

Every new account starts with a 15-day free trial. You do not need a card, and nothing is charged when it ends. The trial starts as soon as you sign up.

What the trial includes

• 1 live site
• 50 MB of storage
• Your own address on supadrop.site
• Free SSL (https)
• A QR code for your site
• Updates with a new file, on the same link

A “Hosted by Supadrop” bar shows at the bottom of your site. These need a paid plan:

• Your own domain, and no “Hosted by Supadrop” bar (Starter and up)
• More sites and storage (Starter and up)
• The API and email capture (Pro and Large)

See how many days are left

Open Account in your dashboard. The Current plan card shows the Trial badge and the number of days left. We also send you an email before the trial ends.

When the trial ends

Nothing is charged. If you have not picked a plan:

• Day 0: your site goes offline. Visitors see an offline page. You can still open your dashboard, but you cannot publish or update a site.
• Day 5: we email you a last reminder: your sites will be deleted in 2 days.
• Day 7: your sites and files are deleted. Your address becomes free for anyone to take. Your account stays, so you can start again later.

Keep your site

Pick a plan at any time, during the trial or in the 7 days after it ends:

1. In your dashboard, open Account. After the trial, you can also click Upgrade now on the red banner.
2. Click Change plan.
3. Pick a plan, then monthly or yearly, and pay by card.

Your site stays online, or comes back online at once if the trial has ended. It keeps the same address and QR code, and you do not need to upload it again.
