From your dashboard
- Open Dashboard. On Ed’s card, click Tell me what you think.
- Pick a topic: Idea, Bug report or Other.
- Write a summary and your message.
- Click Send feedback.
Why it is faster: your message comes linked to your account. No need to explain your plan or your sites.
By email
Write to contact@supadrop.host. Use it when:
- you cannot sign in,
- you have a billing question,
- a site is suspended.
Send it from your account email.
Get a faster answer
Include:
- your site address (
yourname.supadrop.site), - what you expected,
- what happened,
- a screenshot.
